Day 217 Exercise time

This rather unusual view was taken as Peggy Sue sat in close attendance to me and my laptop and I decided that it was time for a little action on her part.  She is looking at and was reaching up for a bridle from Violet's toy horse.  I had to capture her  'in the moment' with my phone and as you can see, I did not have the opportunity to clear the table!

I decided that I too should resume my exercise regime in an attempt to get some sort of normality back movement wise.  I must have around five or six tabs open on my phone, showing exercises variously for the relief of hip pain, back pain, sciatica....etc  I've selected about half a dozen that I'm actually capable of doing and hoping for the best!
