Labour Party

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

Today it was Labour Day in New Zealand. 

Caro decided to not work as well, despite the fact that it is not Labour Day for HER company. 

As for me, I worked on my podcast for most of the morning, in between playing with cats. 

Outside, there was a gentle rain. I went out in it to sniff the air and felt happy. I love having a garden with rain in it. 

Back in Edinburgh, when it would rain I would just open the window and sniff the damp air mixed with the smell of diesel and the curry shop downstairs. 

Don't get me wrong; I still really miss Edinburgh. But my overgrown tiny garden also makes me happy.
