Spain is declaring a new estado de alarma from tonight, beginning with a nighttime curfew. So far each autonomous region can decide whether to close its own borders. If it were up to me I'd lock the gates and throw away the key. No measures yet to prohibit the sale of "luxury" items like underwear and kettles as in Wales. We had that scenario at the start of lockdown in March; just hope it doesn't come to that again.
