After a lot of thought and discussion, J and I decided it would be best for everyone if I just fly in to have my shoulder surgery, then fly home.  So, I flew into Las Vegas on Tuesday afternoon, got my rental car, then took myself out for dinner. 

I saw this Italian restaurant not too far from my hotel and decided to go there.  Little did I know that it was one of the "hang-outs" for "the rat pack" - Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. and a host of other celebrities when they frequented Las Vegas.  The best thing was, however, that the food was fabulous!
