Mince and tatties

Sunday lunch is mince and tatties, mince pre-cooked by mum who was down yesterday. Mince locally sourced from the butcher back home (no horses) and The carrots and potatoes from a farm my mum used to pick potatoes on when she was wee. Doesn't look great but tastes amazing!
