Worktop, cabinet and flooring!

I am not sure if this combination works. The flooring will be parquet through the kitchen and bathroom and along the corridor. The cabinet style and colour is now fixed. Mussel! I think the beech block laminate looks okay but sure I will ask the advice of loads of people who will all have different opinions! Any comments?
