A quiet day

Didn’t sleep all that well last night (suspect the wine didn’t help!) but was up and about around 9. Bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast hit the spot and after I was dressed I took young Phin round the block before dog sitting whilst the others headed to the supermarket.

Nice bowl of soup for lunch and I headed out for my walk - didn’t go too far but the fresh air perked me up.

Lovely fresh lemon sole pan fried by Mr PHL fir dinner before watching a celebrity edition of the chase. Couldn’t keep my eyes open so have headed for an early night as I’m on puppy duties in the morning and suspect it will be an early start with the clock change.
