The colours of New England?

Today I was amazed by the colours of the trees alongside the roads as we drove west. I was constantly amazed by the variety of colours alongside the motorway and subsequent roads we travelled along. And this was on a gloomy day, not even sunny or a blue sky. The best year I can remember ! This year you really don’t need to go to New England!
Tricky to get a reasonable shot while we were driving and without cars in front, and not possible to stop!

The last time I did this journey, three weeks ago, I had a 90 minute stoppage for an accident. Luckily today we had a good journey.
