Digging up the spoils ......

...... in my back grass!  On closer inspection I found a number of little holes where a peanut had been hidden .... there is now an interesting pattern of stones to discourage further digging

Another rather dull day with intermittent showers of rain during the afternoon. The leaves are now falling very quickly and my poor acer is completely undressed as her red finery lies scattered over earth and grass.
