me and bee went to do the big burn walk at golspie - it’s a short one but the falls are spectacular. absolutely loved it, what a place. good for the soul.
we picked up the kids in the afternoon and headed up to wick...which is a dump. a bit like peterhead, it’s a fishing port and not there to pander to the tourists like the other towns on the way up the coast. it was nice to wander about in the rain though and it was a huge hit with the girls as it had a superdrug. they spent some money in there which was a complete novelty having not been in any shops for months. we were the only ones there except the staff. we watched annabel at night...I tried to watch as little of it as possible as it was creepy. there was plenty of shrieking from the girls and bee!
