Pizza and Zin

Veggie Pizza. Wine: Truett-Hurst Three Vineyards Old Vine Zinfandel 2019.

My original plans for tonight, which required a long cook, were waylaid when my husband had a Zoom meeting for work run much longer than expected. His “office” at the moment is on the opposite side of the kitchen table from mine, and his videoconferencing background is the kitchen. Ah well... this served as a perfectly nice excuse to pick up a pizza and have a nice Zin.
