Cambell Gardens
The Campbell Gardens in Blackheath are unique, I think, in that masses of azaleas and rhododendrons are planted amongst eucalypts and native bushland.
The result is spectacular.
The gardens are maintained by a large number of volunteers.
This year much work and plantings have been necessary, as a large section was burnt in the bushfires and not much later there were heavy rains and subsequent water damage.
If you prefer living colour, the original two image pano is in extras.
