Middle of nowhere

Unless time is of the essence, I'm not a big fan of the most direct route from A to B. Today, I had a meeting at school in the morning but later on I went to the office, taking the back road from Kirkby to Oxenholme before turning down towards Gatebeck. 

This small tarn is on the road down into Sill Field in an area that, according to the OS map, is called West View. That's all I've got for today :-)
