Tier 2

Differences between the tiers neatly summarised here. This is the university coffee shop. Tier 1 we get to be inside behind the gazebo. Tier 2 we’re in the gazebo. Tier 3 on the grass in front of it with our takeaway coffees.

Doesn’t seem like lots of people following the tier 2 rules though to be honest. You never know who lives together of course, but seems unlikely that groups of people in their 40s are just flatmates. Also people who arrived separately. What are the chances they are from the same household but travelled there separately?

Word here is they might announce tier 3 on Monday for us.
