Finch in the Fall

My goal this morning was to capture a bird in the maple tree before the last of the leaves flutter to the ground.  I also wanted to take advantage of the distant background trees which are a glorious yellow this year.  So, instead of a bright feathered friend in a monochromatic tree, I ended up with a subdued female House Finch in a blaze of color.
