Lucky J

Jake was invited to be mascot in the Fleetwood Town v Burton Albion game. Their hospitality to him was second to none, taken away from us at 1.30pm he got to meet all the players who signed a programme for him,had a tour of the dressing rooms,came out to warm up with them and (seen here-blue socks!) came out of the players tunnel at the start of the game to shake hands with the visitors. Souvenir photos with the Cod (Fleetwood Town affectionately known as the Cod Army their mascot is a fish)he was returned to us 5 minutes after kick off and then got to play 4-a-side at half-time. A full on unforgettable experience.
Sadly the professional football wasn't up to scratch, Fleetwood had their goal-keeper sent off and lost 4-0, perhaps J wasnt their lucky mascot after all.
footnote-Jake had thought he would have to dress up as the Cod until I explained he wasn't going to be that kind of mascot!
