Waggy tails
From Ruby.
We had to leave our cottage by 9.30 today and mummy said something about a virus and lots of cleaning has to be done.
The hoomans decided to stop for breakfast somewhere and, once again, mummy found a dog friendly cafe in Bicester. S, who seemed to have woken up grumpy wasn’t too happy that it didn’t offer a cooked breakfast (J told mummy) so mummy suggested another place in Banbury ( S wasn’t very complimentary about the town... so J told mummy) they ended up going to Bicester and actually found another restaurant that offers all day brunch and was just perfect and the bonus was I was allowed to join them inside too. I was very good too.
We went back to our car and said goodbye to J & S and thanked them for joining us for a few days break and a change of scenery.
Our journey back was very good and I snoozed all the way. Mummy and daddy had one last treat for me and stopped off in Ripley for a nice long walk in the autumn sunshine before we got home.
I was very happy to be home and I think Lucy missed me more than mummy and daddy.
I really enjoyed my holiday and mummy and daddy said I was so good that they may take me away again sometime:-))
Well, I’ve enjoyed chatting to you over the last few days and thank you if you’ve taken the time to read about my tales. Mummy said it will probably be back to boring doorstep blips again (rolls eyes).
Take care and I hope mummy allows me to chat with you another time. Woof!
