Night shift

As the registrar numbers slowly start to dwindle I have had to do 2 night shifts in obstetrics. Been a long time since resident night shift on obs. Last night was crazy with 5 epi's, 4 theatre cases and a ruptured uterus, so let's hope tonight is slightly better.
