Moonrise over St Mary's Church

Yesterday, there was a report on Facebook about a murmuration of starlings at Meadow Park, East Leake. I delayed my walk with Basil to coincide with the projected time of 1740. It didn't happen, although a lady I met on the way told me that starlings are stripping her garden of anything edible.

Some gorgeous light at the end of the afternoon and a pink sunset.

I'll have to try another time.
