The world is just a great big...

An insanely busy day - hate it when everything feels completely out of control. I spend so much time sorting out everyone else's problems I just can't get on with any of my urgent stuff - not looking forward to the next few weeks as it won't get any better for a while yet.

One thing I am happy with, is the bumper crop of onions this year - usually they're small but tasty, this year they're huge. This one was devoured as a rather tasty bhaji about 30mins later :)

In other news after almost two weeks without a shower the plumber arrived, opened up the unit and reconnected something S had disconnected to' fix it' and we had water again - took a total of approx 2 minutes!!! Embarrassing for S and hilarious/slightly annoying for me
