Red Squirrel

We are seeing Red Squirrels regularly during our stay in Patterdale but today this one gave the best close up views brightening up a very wet morning.

Although I bought some new books this week I am re-reading Stuart Maconie’s Pies and Prejudice and chuckling at all those acute observations about life in the North.

I got a good walk in the afternoon part of The Ullswater. way
