Salt, pepper and sanitiser

Mmm, the sunny taste of alcohol gel!

Met my friend Dave in Cheltenham today. This cafe was full of soft plastic screens, a bit like baby-buggy covers. He didn't want to eat there, so we went to the Polish place again. At the end of the meal, they suddenly said that the card machine wasn't working, so I had to sprint out for cash.

Anyway, the day has been superb in the crisp autumn sunlight. Colours are vivid this year. Bumped into a WEA mate on the bus on the way home, another in the street, and a third on the way home from setting up the market. Life goes on in its slightly peculiar fashion. I am grateful for days like today.
