When I continued along the Shawfair-Roslin path a bit beyond the first Loanhead exit I realised that I must have done so before, but as well as the route being familiar the feeling of it being familiar was familiar, so this might have been the third time I have achieved Ikea via the bus-gate/back way. According to the overheard securitrons at the revolving door there were just over 500 people in there when I arrived, most of whom were at least wearing masks over at least parts of their faces even if they weren't aware that two metres remains two metres even when in motion. I found all the bits on my list, fitted them to the bike with reasonable ease and did not have to tighten or reattach anything on the way back.
