Today was my 39+1th birthday. Anticipating there wouldn't be an opportunity to party we'd planned dinner at my favourite restaurant as just the two of us. The food as always was incredible, it must only be a matter of time before they get their deserved Michelin star. Highlights were the mushroom and yeast macarons, yellow corn and truffle, venison, the dexter beef with enoki mushrooms and the brie ice cream with pear, lingonberry and speculoos shards was one of the best deserts I've ever had.
