La raccolta

Collected in the olives - the big net, the wobbly ladder, sun in my eyes, festooned in scaly olive tresses. At the end it was 35kg which if converted to oil is 3.5 litres. It’d be nice stuff but what with Covid on the march I’m not sure I want to spend a day hanging around the frantoio- the olive mill. We’ll see.
