Drizzly

We were lucky today that the predicted torrential rain never materialised. It didn’t stop the dogs enjoying their walk, nor the squirrels taunting them. 
I enjoyed a socially distanced doorstep chat with a friend when I dropped some birthday presents off this afternoon. Neither of us has been going out to many places but we’ve enjoyed some very long phone calls. A plan has been made for birthday breakfast in our usual cafe, I’m looking forward to it already.
