Milton Boathouse - October
We had an appointment in the city this morning, and afterwards decided as we were in the north of the city, we would head over to the Trossachs. It was nice and sunny, although it did turn to light rain later in the day.
I have been very impressed by all the autumnal photos by blippers from all over the country and overseas, and have really enjoyed all the colours. You have all set the bar very high, so I am hoping that my efforts today reach the same heights.
Those of you who have followed my journal will recognise this shot of the Milton Boathouse, it is a view that I love, and I especially like it in its autumn colours. And the extra was taken a bit further round Loch Ard, before we drove to Stronachlachar, a wonderful journey on a fantastic wee road, passing Loch Dhu, Loch Chon, and ending up at Loch Katrine.
It was a lovely outing. Tomorrow we will really have to stay home and do some housework!
