Not a Valentine in sight...

But it was a nice morning nonetheless!

Another busy day in the office but lunchtime yoga made all the difference. It is amazing how meditative the sun salutation can be. I felt a whole lot happier going back to my desk.

Although we do not really celebrate Valentine's Day T suggested earlier in the week that we celebrate it at a small, really good, restaurant near home. When I asked which one he replied 'this one', i.e. at home... We ended up with a menu of a quick teriyaki salmon, rice and salad, not bad considering I worked late and T went to the gym.
