As the weather was so lovely today we took Milo for a long walk this afternoon. He's been crashed out ever since.

My sourdough starter is doing well. This weekend we are having Rosemary and Lemon sourdough. It been kneaded once and left to double in size. Now I need to knead it again and leave it overnight. Kneading dough is very relaxing
