Wivenhoe

After a really good yoga session at the Buddhist centre I met up with Luke to take him back to Wivenhoe for a stroll and to meet my parents, eeep! All went well and I had a really lovely Saturday concluding withan amusing evening in with Claire watching flight of the conchords clips on youtube and lots of wine.


no packing or anything practical achieved but it was a much needed chilled day. 2 days until Caroline's wedding!
