Saxon queen

This statue is on the island outside Tamworth railway station and is a warrior queen called Aethelflaed. She points the way from the station into the town centre.
Frustrating morning waiting for a delivery which hadn’t even been despatched. Hubby gave the car a good clean and tidied up the garden. Had a drive out this afternoon and bought a new bin, a serving spoon and a folding table....exciting times!!
