Flying lesson

This morning I went into Home Park to check on the Grebe Family.I was rather concerned when I saw  that there were only two Grebettes. All three were there on Sunday. I arrived just in time to see Mum giving her two a flying lesson - I have never seen Grebes flying before. It was a bit of a challenge working out from where they would start and then get to a place where I could photograph them. I have binned so many shots. I am wondering if the older Grebette had flown off with its Dad as when I saw it on Sunday, for the most part it was far away from the others. I hope that is the case.
