Many thanks for all the hearts you gave me yesterday, they mean a lot.

Luke is ok but will remain in intensive care until at least the end of this week, but is sitting out of bed and keeping himself occupied with colouring in or playing on his PS3 (whatever that is).  His mum is still with him and has a room where she can sleep and shower.  He's had an operation to have line inserted presumably so he can start chemotherapy, but I don't know.

It's not easy following what our son had to say or to take it all in, although I gather it's going to be a gruelling few weeks, but he's a tough nine year old and should cope well.

We'll know more tonight.
