Shocking

This is the machine the physio uses to machine gun my shoulders. I went for another treatment this morning and have been very careful to rest more than I did last week. I did loads of cleaning after my first treatment which didn’t help at all.
Instead, I have sat and caught up with some work, sorted out 7 parcels for returning and put some bits on eBay.
