Only Shot of the Day

A couple of months ago I made sourdough starter.  I had forgotten how you have to keep up with it.  I made the loaf of bread and the buns from the discard you're either supposed to use, give away or throw away.   I've made pizza dough, waffles, pancakes and lots of bread.  I'm in the groove.
