Hydrangea
I promised Paul Shelley ages ago that I would blip this Oak Leaf Hydrangea when it flowered. But the leaves are going deep crimson and it hasn't flowered. It was stripped to a small twig by the muntjac last winter so I'm delighted that it has grown back strongly and I can't blame it for not flowering.
The bowl is also from Zimbabwe (I've blipped a couple of other Shona sculptures here and here). It's carved out of soapstone and is smooth on the inside and rough cut on the outside. We use it as a sort of improvised rain gauge.
