On your bike

So 7 weeks after I thought Lou had been killed... but just the broken neck /back/shoulder/ skin loss in the event.. she is now back on the bike....well in the kitchen. A gentle 30 mins before everything started to ache. First step back to fitness.. so proud of her and bloody relieved to still have her!
