Marquee

A busy day yesterday taking the marquee down from the Glen, moving it and putting it up at the Acorn, with the help of friends from the village. I hadn’t been looking forward to it as I knew it was quite a job, but as is often the case once we got stuck in it was a really fun social afternoon and we finished it off with a couple of beers outside. It’s been a heavy couple of days on the booze this weekend... I’ve overdone it, so it’s back to behaving now - I’ve got a car to save for in the new year. I’m considering another Jimny! My plans today are to watch the final season of Downton Abbey and drink tea. Maybe a walk later. We will see
