Got out on the road bike for a little 50 miles spin. As if that wasn't tiring enough I then got roped into heading up towards the peaks for a little walk (which turned into quite a long walk!) in the afternoon to catch up with a friend. Provided me with some good photo opportunities, but now I'm well and truly knackered!
