Put the pictured loaf in the oven at 8am, it had risen considerably and I made the decision that in the future I'll cover the baneton with the baking tray to avoid unnecessary disturbance.

Wrapped birthday presents for the birthday boy, Willis, then went to see them. He was running around with a new ball.

Treated all the grass then we had lunch before creating a new wild flower area at the front of RF's garden.

Had a lovely walk with the boys then back for Willis to open his presents with J&M, he really enjoys this.

A lovely day and I'm now back home with a birthday carrot muffin to look forward to.
