Le Lac

Got home last night after a 5 hour 'Dinner and Jazz' concert where I sang a few numbers for the Swing Band. It was a fun evening and was great to have a boogie with a very 'merry' mother. Didn't get home until 2:30am and driving her home was a feat in itself.
As its half term a lie in was most certainly needed. Mum didn't emerge until after me so I decided to go for a drive and see a friend. After Mum had finally arisen we decided to go for a walk to blow away the cobwebs.
Behind the seawall there is this lake where I used to sail when I was a wee one but it was deserted this afternoon. The weather has been beautiful today, but by god it's chilly.
Tomorrow we are thinking of going to see the new film 'Hitchcock' which looks really good especially as it has a great cast.
