Pagham Harbour
For Mother's birthday I made her walk around the shortest easy access trail at the RSPB Nature Reserve. She complained on the way round but there were lots of seats and a hide on the way. And when we sat on a picnic bench at the end she proudly told one of the Rangers this was her first proper walk since January other than round the supermarket. No wonder she looks pleased. I'm sure the fresh air, the change of scenery and the chat with the Ranger has done her the world of good.
I'm feeling guilty I've not been down before. Normally I visit by train but having to cross London puts me off. Am I being too cautious
