Autumn Colours

This little acer shub is just turning a deeper and deeper red. Hope it stays with us for a few more weeks.

Thank you for the guesses of my strange vegetable. It appears it can either be called a black radish or more accurately a black turnip. A turnip is a root vegetable which this is. But well done those of you who guessed either turnip or radish.

Just finished a lovely zoom catchup with friends Sharon and Charles who are now in an Level 2 which restricts meeting people in their homes. So we will plan a different meeting place for a couple of weeks time.
