It started to rain just as I had got myself organized to go outdoors for a blip.  I made pea and broccoli soup and I have started looking for the ingredients for a vegan chocolate cake which involves coconut butter.  So I am wondering if creamed coconut, which comes in a block, can be used in the same way as coconut butter?  This is all a distraction from the news which continues to spiral down in to more depressing circles.
