Not sure this monitor is working....

Tried to get a second screen working. Helen's workplace had provided her with a second monitor for use with her laptop. However, it doesn't seem to work - I tried it on different machines, but no good. Nice pattern though....

Went for a run this evening (sets of 3mins running followed by one minute walking), and felt OK while running. But once I stopped, I now seem to have hurt my left knee - I have pain behind my knee and it hurts to walk down stairs. Will give it some time to recover before trying another run.
