Autumn

Once again, the dull weather meant that the autumn colours didn't look their best. I saw an attractive tree from a distance, but the private part of the Estate lay between me and it. So, I constructed my walk to go around to get to it. The swans were well placed to be "foreground" in photos taken across the low pond, but it really was too dull. The tree was a sycamore, and fine from close too [see extra] but then I found this tiny fungus that shone out brilliantly in the woods.
