White cat in a field

I associate cats with urban settings so, when I see one, particularly a white one, sitting serenely in a field, it seems a bit unusual. There was nothing else unusual about the day, flat grey skies and a distinct November feel about it. There were a few more at the service again today perhaps because people are feeling unsure and uncomfortable. I phoned daughter and received a sad account of disillusion and non compliance in the Manchester area. Restrictions have been tightened in the Pyrénées Orientales so I think a few of our usual activities may not be possible when we get there.
