The tulips.

Had a busy old day here at Rose Cottage. Finished a planting plan in the early afternoon and spent a few hours in the afternoon out in the garden clearing up and cutting back lots of plants.

It was a lovely day, the first it's really felt like spring this year and it was mild & light enough to be outside until 6pm.

And still I forgot to take a decent photo of all the nice things my eyes feasted on for today's blip. Phone inside charging and it went straight out of my head.

So in a vague garden-themed blip here are some of the red tulips Mr McQ bought me for valentines. There were so many in the bunch I had to put them in 2 vases. They lift the spirits every time I look at them as they remind me of what's to come outside very soon.
