Fresh Air, Exercise & Good Company

I love it when a last minute plan comes together...today my friend K, her dog Ted and I walked the 7.5 miles up and down and along the coastal path from Bridlington to Flamborough Head. It was beautiful sunshine all the way and we arrived just in time to meet Mr Kit and Mr K off the Flamborough golf course and enjoy a cuppa and a well deserved lunch in the cafe by the lighthouse.

After a pretty rubbish week, it was so good to get out, blow away the cobwebs and enjoy some fresh air, exercise and good company. We are already planning our next one from Flamborough to Bempton.
