Screaming Point

My new laptop arrived today.
God but I hate setting up a new machine.
An absolute fecking nightmare!
I have got most things on (I think) - but the newer versions of the Photoshop suite is doing my head in.
So far virtually all the pictures I have tried downloading from the camera have disappeared. I think they may be on 'The Cloud' (which i don't want) but I can't find them. The ones I have managed to get on the computer have refused to save as or where I want them to. After hours I have manged to get this one picture done - and I have no idea how.

It was the yellow hair that could my eye by the way.
